PROCESSING TIME

All Bicorn products are crafted to order. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3-5 business days for production before dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME

Tier 2 cities	7-9 business days
Rest of India	7-12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability or unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

ORDER TRACKING

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery and Bluedart to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
