RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bicorn, every piece is made to order with care. Because our products are printed and produced specifically for you, we maintain a limited return policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

  • Defective or damaged products — printing errors, fabric defects, or damage during transit
  • Wrong product received — if you receive a different item, size, or colour than what you ordered

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at whereisumesh@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (product + shipping label)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement — we will produce and ship a new item at no extra cost
  • Store credit — full order value as store credit for your next purchase
  • Refund — processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT

  • Returns due to change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour appearing different on screen
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (final sale)

SIZE CONCERNS

We understand online shopping can be tricky with sizing. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. We are not able to accept returns for incorrect size selection, but we are happy to help you find the right size before you order — just reach out to us.

CANCELLATIONS

Since our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have already begun and we will not be able to cancel. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at whereisumesh@gmail.com with your order number.
